Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment and allow 60-90 minutes for your initial consultation.

You are welcome to have your children with you during the appointment. There are toys and books available on-site.

Private (self-funding) clients do not require a referral to see a physiotherapist. New clients with DVA or a Medicare CDM (Chronic Disease Management) plan require a doctor’s referral.

Payment of the account is due at the time of consultation. Rebates are claimable on ancillary (extras) health cover using HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities on-site. Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. If you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM), please bring these details with you. Please note that Medicare does not fully cover my professional fee and there may be a small additional cost. DVA patients require a doctors referral. Please bring your DVA card with you to your first appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call Virginia on 0412 792 730, where possible 24 hours prior to the appointment to re-schedule. A fee may be charged for non-attendance without notice.
